Fascist Pot Says Kettle Black

In Immigration, Politics, Social Issues on June 11, 2010 at 8:00 pm

Rep. Jared Polis (D-Colo) (article link) is comparing Arizona to a police state. Better yet he went as far as comparing the law to Nazi Germany.

“It is absolutely reminiscent of second class status of Jews in Germany prior to World War II when they had to have their papers with them at all times and were subject to routine inspections at the suspicion of being Jewish,” Rep. Jared Polis (D-Colo)

Arizona is doing what it should be doing. Enforcing a federal law!  That’s right; Arizona’s law is only mirroring federal law. Title 8 of the U.S. Code Section 1304e, Section 1306a.   Read the rest of this entry »

Walk Tall Rand Paul

In Economics, Elections, Politics on May 18, 2010 at 9:37 pm

Rand Paul is yet another Tea Party victory that is starting to build.  It’s not the beginning, its a little beyond that now.  The Tea Party is putting in the hours, blood, sweat and tears and it is paying of still and will until this country is taken back.

Opininion “C” is: The nice thing about Rand is that his father Ron knows what sound economics is really all about.   So I normally don’t take a liking to dynasty elections, but in this case, I think it helps the country in the same way John Adams helped his son understand how to represent American ideals.

If you don’t know what Austrian Economics is, you better get to understand it soon if you want to make heads or tails of it as it is going to hopefully replace the Keynesian Economics that has ruined this country for the last 90 years.

I sense victory after victory.  But it will get more tough as we go so I hope the resolve grows as the need to persist grows.

No Bailout for Greece UNLESS…

In Consitution, Economics, Health Care, Politics, Social Issues, Supreme Court, Tax on May 17, 2010 at 3:49 pm

You are going to have to sit down for this one.  The IMF and it’s partners are telling Greece they need to PRIVATIZE their health care system to get the bailout money.   Not just this though.  They want Greece to get out of the all the private markets that are draining their funds.

READ ALL ABOUT IT!

Opinion “C” is: The truth will set us free.  NO government has really made government run health care systems work as well as the privatized model the United States has used for two centuries.  With all of the issues that government over regulation and strangle holds the feds have put on competition, the semi-free market still outperformed socialized medicine.

Greece is a prime example on several levels why we should abandon these politicians desire to “engineer” our society from inside of Washington D.C.  The sooner we admit it, the better off we will be.

I hope the plaintiffs in the U.S. Health Care repeal cases make this Greece example EXHIBIT A.

But, even if Greece gets smart and follows this rare good advice from on high, I still don’t think they should get a PENNY/EURO of bailout money.  The process of privatization should be good enough to get them to stick with what works and will pull them out of the slump they are in.  Just the same as it would in the United States.

Obama Health Care Bait & Switch

In Economics, Elections, Health Care, Politics, Social Issues on May 14, 2010 at 11:02 am

Anyone who has been on this planet for more than 5 years as a conscious adult knows that ESTIMATES are normally low when coming for anyone with interest in a contract going through.  It can be off anywhere from 5% to 200% depending on the ethics and education of the ones making the estimate.

How are ethics in Washington D.C. today?  How about health care or economic education.  My assumption is that the politicians in control have low ethics.  They are also not well educated as they are following Keynesian methodologies of economic thought.

The CBO is a little better but not much.  So as far as I am concerned, this whole health care law is a bait and switch to continue taking our money and shoving it into the pockets of special interests.  This is the latest from the CBO.  The new REPORT states:

“CBO estimates that total authorized costs in the first two categories probably exceed$115 billion over the 2010-2019 period, as detailed below.1 We do not have an estimate of the potential costs of authorizations in the third category.”
The problem I see with this statement is not just the $115 BILLION dollar mistake, but also the fact that the “third” part of the initiative has not been fully reviewed.  Contractors know that means there is likely MORE bad news on the way.  In the business world people and companies can be sued for baiting and switching.  One hopes that we can return the law and get our money back and the expense is spared.  If not, there is going to be some additional Tea Party Support in the coming weeks.

Revive the Archive of America

In Consitution, Economics, Elections, Politics on May 13, 2010 at 12:58 pm

They say to solve a crime or a problem you have to dig out all the details and go as far back to the beginning as possible.  I don’t know who “they” are, but I agree with “them”.  I know that Thomas Jefferson was just a human.  But what a human.  Capable of consolidating and describing the will and intent of the American public against a tyrannical government.  One that overtaxed and lorded power over the civilians of the colonies.

A lot changed since then.  We now have a history of breaking from the tyranny of the Crown of England then living just about fully free through about 1913 and then we have been in a slow decent from full freedom back to living under a tyrannical government.  This time the tyranny is our own.  So now, this is sort of a family feud with no land to run to.

To solve this problem, we need to go back and learn from how Jefferson and the others did this the first time.  I am truly greatful to all American citizens who understand that the slippery slope is not starting but ending now in a socialism of the Federal Nanny State.  We need to get back to the principles of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

We all need to know how we broke free.  We need to know how we started to loose this freedom.  We need to be resolved to getting back to what made this country great.

The Declaration of Independence – The U.S. Constitution – The Bill of Rights.  Read them yourself here:

Then watch the video and read about how the Federal Reserve was created and is crushing our economy:

https://opinionc.wordpress.com/2010/05/12/banking-mystery-uncovered/

Then do a bit more research and elect the representatives that will undo this problem and bring America back to it’s real Glory Days.

God Bless America!

Use US in the process!

Squeaky Wheel is Greece

In Consitution, Economics, Foreign Policy, Politics, Social Issues, Tax on May 10, 2010 at 10:42 pm

When your children waste their money, and you want to let them learn a lesson from it, you just give them more to waste right?  Well that is the Greek formula.  Quote from the CIA:

In April 2010 a leading credit agency assigned Greek debt its lowest possible credit rating; in response, the International Monetary Fund and Eurozone goverments pledged more than $160 billion in support of Greece over the next three years.

Opinion “C” is: So let that be a lesson to all you socialist nations inept at economics.  You have nothing to fear.  Except when the United States of America adopts your same poor money management skills.  Reminds me of when Superman wanted to convert from Hero to Human.  There was no one to save the world then.  I wonder if the U.S. can reverse the transformation in time?  Time is running out.

Top Investigators on Obama Birth Trail

In Consitution, Elections, Politics, Supreme Court, Tax on May 10, 2010 at 1:35 pm

The last well rounded news report on the matter is here.  Fortune 500 experienced professional investigators are on the case.  The pressure is mounting.

Opinion “C” is: It matters.  Hopefully it goes without saying that anything he signs is a fraud if his Hawaiian birth claim is.  Good bye ObamaCare, Post-Bush Bailouts and what appears to be the next in Cap and Tax/Trade.  LTC Lakin will have a point in his refusal to go to Afghanistan.  And there are so many other factors.

If he was born in Hawaii, then he should stop spending his legal dollars to hide it and spend it to expose it.  (If he was born in Hawaii, what is to hide?? Why waste the MONEY???)

If he was born in Kenya, then all tax payers should sue for damages against him and the DNC.  We certainly would want our change back.

Cap and Trade Passes Level 1

Go there and find out what you are going to pay if it passes final votes.  Do the poll too.

This is a fantasy tax.  It taxes the fantastic notion that CO2 is harmful.  Even though 31,000 plus scientists disagree, but hey these are the most intelligent politicians ever right?

Opinion “C” is: This is going to pass just like ObamaCare.  It will be a great motivator for November. Read the rest of this entry »

Congressman Baird You Were Wrong

(May 3rd, Baird letter below this response)

May 4th, 2010

Dear Congressman Baird,

I appreciate that you took the time to respond to those of us who do not agree with this “health care” legislation.

I doubt my email in a sea of thousands is going to change your mind, as it appears from your message below, that you strongly believe health insurance is far more important than civil liberty.  But I must write anyway.

As you may well know, the people that are opposed to the recent health care legislation are generally interested not just in health care, but in a whole host if issues. The first is Liberty.   Read the rest of this entry »
